Returns Policy Omega Products, Inc.
Every order within the continental United States includes FREE SHIPPING. All orders ship via UPS or FedEx. There is an additional shipping charge of $53.95 on orders being sent to Alaska and Hawaii. Please make sure to use a street address during checkout because UPS and FedEx will not deliver to an APO, FPO, or P.O. Box address. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery of your new juicer.
There is an additional $47.95 shipping charge to Canada and the United Kingdom. All other international orders are charged a flat shipping fee of $129.95 and ship via USPS. Please allow 6-10 days for all international orders.
Omega Distributors does not accept returns. If an order gets damaged in shipping we will replace the product without charge for up to three days after confirmation receipt from the shipping carrier. All sales are final!
